  2. Applications can be brought in person or emailed to office@tricityprep.org. Applications are marked with date and time received for wait list priority if applicable.
  3. Up to three lottery drawings are held each school year, beginning in October, in accordance with the school event calendar. You will be informed of your selection status via our notification letter.

  1. If you are selected in the lottery, submit the Registration Enrollment Packet with all documents by the deadline on notification letter.
  2. If you are not selected in the lottery, the applicant will automatically be placed in the next available lottery. Once the lottery process is complete, the applicant is placed on a waiting list according to the date and time on the Enrollment Application.

Once you receive notice that your child has been drawn, you need to bring in the registration enrollment packet with all the required documents by the deadline given.

The Registration Enrollment Packet will include items such as:

  • Documentation of your child’s birth date (In accordance with ARS 15-828(A), parents/guardians have 30 days to submit proof of age documentation.)

    • not needed for middle school or freshman not wanting to transfer credits.
  • Vaccination Records
  • Proof of residency

Failure to complete items on the above checklist may result in your child’s registration enrollment package not being accepted as complete, restricting attendance and/or creating delays in continuation of services.
